Cupcake..!! Loved by everyone… no age bar…! I just love mawa badam flavored ice cream since my childhood. I gave Indian touch to cupcake by adding fresh mawa. Here we are presenting variation of cupcake – Mawa badam cupcake.
Add milk powder, flour mixture, cardamom powder and crushed almond. Gently fold it.
Don’t over mix.
Pour equal quantity of the batter into 6 greased and dusted ( or use cupcake liner ) 68 mm. (2½”) diameter aluminum molds. ( approx 65 gm in one portion ) .
Garnish with almonds.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 degree celsius for 10 -15 minutes. Insert a toothpick or knife in the cupcake. If it comes out clean your cupcake is ready.
Allow it to cool completely and serve.
