Leftover Roti Crackers | Indian Tortilla Baked Chips

Serves: 30 crackers
- Leftover phulkas/roti/chapati - 4 nos
- Chili powder - ¼ tsp, as per taste
- Black salt - ¼ tsp
- Chaat masala - ¼ tsp
- Ghee - 1 tbsp
- Preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 10 min.
- Cut the phulkas in triangles, as shown in the video.
- In a mixing bowl, add melted ghee, chili powder and black salt.
- Mix well.
- Now add roti triangles, toss well.
- Make sure each cracker coated well.
- Arrange them on a baking tray.
- Bake them in a preheated oven for 8-10 min.
- Baking time will vary according to the thickness of phulkas / roti.
- So keep an eye after 8 minutes.
- Let them cool down on a wire rack.
- Enjoy them with your folks.
