Strawberry Mousse is the perfect way to showcase the season's delicious strawberries. The taste of fresh spring strawberries is highlighted in this simple Eggless Strawberry Mousse.
Add fresh cream. Heat it on slow flame it get one boil.
Turn off the flame.
Add roughly chopped white chocolate compound and stir it continuously till chocolate get melts.
Allow it to cool down.
When it will come on room temperature fold whipped cream in it.
Add strawberry crush /puree , chopped strawberries and pinch of color.
Mix it well.
Pour equal quantities of the eggless strawberry mousse mixture into 6-8 individual bowls / glasses and refrigerate these glasses filled with eggless strawberry mousse for at least 3-4 hours or till the eggless strawberry mousse sets.
Garnish the eggless strawberry mousse with strawberry crush and fresh strawberries and serve chilled.
You can also use this eggless strawberry mousse for frosting or icing eggless vanilla sponge cake.
