I am a mango lover and you ?? there are so many myths about mangoes. One should eat or not ?? But mango is a king of summer fruits. Mangos are fully loaded with fiber, vitamins and minerals.
There are so many different ways to have mangoes. We just love the mango dessert in this hot sunny summer days. So here I am presenting the healthy variety of mango dessert – Mango Yogurt. This mango yogurt recipe is very easy, quick and healthy recipe.

Ingredients
- Full fat curd – 1 cup
- Mango puree – 1 cup ( 2 – 3 mango )
- Chopped mango – 1 mango
- Sugar – ½ cup
- Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Instructions ( 1 cup = 250 ml, 1 tbsp = 15 ml, 1 tsp = 5 ml)
- Strain the water from curd.
- Peel the mango and make a puree of it.
- Chop one mango into small piece.
- Refrigerate all three to get chilled or freeze it for 30 min.
- After 30 min, in a mixing bowl add curd, puree, sugar and lemon juice.
- Mix well.
- Add chopped mango piece.
- Churn into ice cream churner :
- Transfer the yogurt mix into frozen bowl.
- Churn it for 20 min.
- Scoop out into air tight container and freeze it for 4 – 6 hours.
- Before 20 min of serving transfer the yogurt into refrigerator.
- Serve chilled.
Churning into mixer : - Do not add mango pieces into yogurt mix. We will add it after churning.
- Add prepared yogurt mix into mixer bowl.
- Churn it for 2 – 3 seconds on low speed at a time. Repeat the same for 6 – 7 times.
- Freeze it for 2 hours and again churn it.
- Add the mango piece at this stage. Mix well.
- Scoop out into air tight container and freeze it for 4 – 6 hours.
- Before 20 min of serving transfer the yogurt into refrigerator.
- Serve chilled.
