Sugar-free Muskmelon Banana Smoothie is a wholesome, naturally sweetened, and tummy filler recipe. Smoothies are a good option for healthy fruit meals. They are filling your hunger as well as loaded with required nutrition and fibers.
Summer is around the corner. Dehydration, constipation, dryness all would increase as summer goes to its peak. So the beautiful summer comes along with so many juicy and healthy fruits. Not only Mangoes, but Muskmelons are also part of it.
Nowadays, so many different types of muskmelons are available. You can use any variety of muskmelon for this recipe. I added a banana to this recipe to make it naturally sweeten. You can ṣincrease or decrease the number of bananas as per the sweetness of the muskmelon. Whenever you get less sweetened melon, despite adding sugar, try this Sugarfree Muskmelon Banana Recipe. I chose curd in this recipe over the milk. Curd gives a nice sour punch to this recipe. It reminds me of a taste of the traditional Indian Lassi recipe. This Sugar-free Muskmelon Banana Smoothie recipe is a quick, super easy, and no-fuss recipe. You can make this for your breakfast, mid meals, or healthy meals. To make this smoothie more nutritious, add some soaked almonds/ cashews/ walnuts or nuts of your choice while blending the fruits. Chopped fruits, raisins, or dried berries could be used while garnishing. They will give a nice crunch and byte to this healthy smoothie recipe.

- Can substitute bananas by adding honey, sugar, or a choice of sweetener in this recipe.
- Can also add a pinch of cardamom powder.
- Always use fresh curd for the recipe.
- Can replace the curd with the same or a lesser amount of milk, coconut milk, almond milk, or soy milk.
- If you prefer cold smoothies, either use chilled melon and curd or add few ice cubes.

Here is the complete recipe card of the Sugar-free Muskmelon Banana Smoothie Recipe :
- Muskmelon ( any variety ) - 2 cups, peeled and chopped
- Banana - 1 medium, peeled and sliced
- Fresh curd - ¼ - ¾ cup, as per liking
- Lukewarm water - 1 cup, for cleaning
- Add 1 cup of lukewarm water into your smoothie jar.
- Whip it on pulse mode 2-3 times to clean the jar properly.
- Discard the water. Rinse with fresh water and wipe it.
- Peel the muskmelon and chop them into cubes.
- Same way, peel the banana and slice them.
- In a bowl, add muskmelon, banana, and fresh homemade curd.
- Make a smoothie out of it and serve immediately.
Can add some soaked almonds/ cashews/ walnuts or nuts of your choice while blending the fruits.
