Ingredients :
- 1/3 cup almond ( 50 gm )
- 1 tbsp poppy seeds ( khas khas )
- 1 tsp Fennel Seeds ( Sauf/Variyali)
- ¼ tsp cardamom powder ( elaichi )
- 1 pinch pepper powder ( kalimirch )
- 12-15 saffron strands
Method :
- Mix all ingrediants and grind it.
- Store it in air tight container and refrigerate it.
- This recipe will make 6-7 tbsp thandai powder.
