Ingredients :
- 1 kg spinach ( palak )
- 4-5 cup water
Method :
- Wash spinach properly.
- Heat water in the deep pan.
- Add spinach.
- Cook till leaves of spinach get soft.
- Strain, cool and blend in a mixer to a smooth paste. Use as required.
